I address technology, ERP/MES, OT/IT, traceability, POS, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and operational continuity requirements as an integrated part of manufacturing and management processes.
Manufacturing Facilities — Combined Scope
Concrete examples across manufacturing facilities with a combined area exceeding 500,000 m² include the 120,000 m²Integrated meat processing facility, the 160,000 m² Potato production facility and two separate Unlu Gıda factories, each measuring 45,000 m². I managed ERP, MES/SCADA, OT/IT integration, IoT, RFID and traceability applications as components of this integrated technology environment in the relevant projects. The 40,000-decare agricultural operation is a separate project; its land area is not included in the combined manufacturing facility area.
Technology Organization Management
To date, I have managed technology teams and organizations across different holding structures: a 50-person technology team at ATA Holding and a technology organization of approximately 100 people at İş Holding. I coordinated the priorities, responsibilities and operational objectives of hardware, software, cybersecurity and data center teams through a shared management approach. I hold ISO 27001 Information Security Management System and ISO 9001 Quality Management System Lead Auditor certifications. In addition to these personal certifications, I managed implementation and certification processes for both standards within the organization. I addressed information security and quality management together with organizational processes.
