Project Scope
I managed the centralized technology architecture supporting more than 2,000 restaurants and retail locations, integrating field operations with enterprise systems and shared technology standards.
I managed the end-to-end technology environment across store systems, POS and payment technologies, enterprise networks, inventory, warehousing, online sales channels, centralized applications, cybersecurity and operational continuity.
Approach
In a multi-site operating model, I designed technology management around both centralized system continuity and the ability of every sales point to operate under common standards.
Standardization, centralized management, traceability, resilience and rapid intervention capability were treated as core elements of the operating architecture.
Central Systems & Data Flow
I integrated sales systems, restaurant and store inventory, warehouse operations, goods in transit, inter-location transfers, online sales channels and enterprise platforms within the same operational data chain.
I managed technology structures that enabled inventory visibility across warehouses, goods in transit and sales locations while supporting controlled data exchange between field operations and centralized systems. Data center, server and storage, network, cybersecurity, replication, Disaster Recovery, backup and business continuity were managed as part of the same architecture.
Project Scale & Outcomes
My Role & Responsibility
I was responsible for centralized technology management across the multi-site environment, including store technology standards, infrastructure continuity, critical systems, field applications and enterprise integrations.
I coordinated technology teams and field operations while managing the structures that enabled more than 2,000 sales points to operate under shared technology, security and continuity standards.
In multi-site operations, the real measure of technology continuity is whether the business can keep operating at every location.Back to Projects
