Technology Setup from the Ground Up, Security Architecture and Operational Continuity
I built the project's technology environment from the ground up, starting with operational requirements, and managed it end to end. I addressed software and hardware infrastructure, server systems, data centers and data center operations alongside enterprise systems, technology investments and license management.
I designed the network and firewall architecture and security infrastructure in conjunction with information security, data security and cybersecurity requirements, and led implementation processes. I positioned security as a core component of the technology infrastructure and daily operations.
For operational continuity, I planned backup, disaster recovery (DR) scenarios and the restoration of critical systems following an interruption. I evaluated infrastructure decisions against continuity, manageability and long-term scalability objectives.
Agricultural Land and Manufacturing Facility Area
The 40,000-decare agricultural operation is a separate project. This agricultural land area is excluded from the combined facility area of approximately 500,000 m², including livestock facilities. Agricultural acreage and manufacturing facility area describe different project scopes.
Project Scope
I designed and implemented the technology architecture supporting a 160,000+ m² potato and onion processing environment, connecting agricultural operations with manufacturing and enterprise systems.
I brought 40,000 decares of agricultural operations together with seed and raw material storage, cold storage, manufacturing processes, ERP, field data management and enterprise platforms within the same operational and data architecture.
Field-to-Manufacturing Data Management
I developed the structure used by agricultural engineers to record field inspections digitally with images, descriptions and operational observations.
I connected grower, field, crop treatment and observation data within a centralized data model, creating a historical field record that could be evaluated together with raw material planning and manufacturing requirements.
Manufacturing & Technology Architecture
I designed the technology requirements of seed and raw material warehouses, cold storage environments, manufacturing lines and supporting operational units together with the production model.
I integrated ERP, manufacturing systems, network and server infrastructure, cybersecurity and critical operational technologies while also incorporating data center infrastructure, server and storage architecture, replication, Disaster Recovery, backup and recovery, and business continuity.
Project Scale & Outcomes
My Role & Responsibility
I held end-to-end responsibility for the technology side of the project, analyzing requirements from agricultural field operations through manufacturing, and designing the data collection model, centralized architecture and field-to-factory integration.
I managed the architecture that enabled agriculture, manufacturing, warehousing and enterprise systems to operate as connected parts of the same data and operational chain rather than as isolated environments.
Information that is not captured in the field is eventually lost; reliable data becomes institutional memory.Back to Projects
